Gulf Coast Dismantling Is Now American Integrated Services

Following American Integrated Services, Inc.’s (AIS) acquisition of Gulf Coast Dismantling, Inc. (GCD) in October 2020, the entity based in Pasadena, TX has operated as Gulf Coast Dismantling, an AIS Company.

During this period, we have worked diligently to integrate the two organizations by combining talent and leveraging best practices of each.  Through these efforts, AIS is now proud to provide turnkey environmental and industrial demolition services nationally, and although the legacy of the GCD name will forever be present, effective immediately the company will now be operating as American Integrated Services, Inc. (AIS) throughout the U.S.
