Making safety a priority is instilled in our team members upon hire and continues with consistent, in-house group training sessions and workshops. As a team, we train together, work together, and provide an unmatched level of safety, coordination and efficiency.
At AIS, our focus on excellence includes a strong commitment to achieving an incident and injury-free workplace. Safety training begins upon hire and continues daily at every job site. Every crew member is educated, empowered and motivated to ensure his own safety and the safety of his team. Safety is, and always will be, the top priority at AIS.

AIS has a systematic approach to health and safety management designed to ensure compliance with the law and to achieve continuous performance improvement.  Our approach:
  • Engages employees and service providers to manage health and safety performance as a line responsibility with clear authorities and accountabilities
  • Sets targets for improvement and measures, appraises and reports performance
  • Requires subcontractors to manage health and safety in line with this policy
  • Includes health and safety performance in the appraisal of all staff and rewards accordingly
  • Ensures that all employees and subcontractors understand that working safely is a condition of employment, and that they are each responsible for their own safety and the safety of those around them.
  • Provides employees with the capabilities, knowledge and resources necessary to instill personal ownership and motivation to achieve health and safety excellence
  • Provides relevant safety and health information to subcontractors and requires them to provide proper training for the safe, environmentally sound performance of their work
