These efforts combined with a safety culture dedicated to the belief that all accidents are preventable, and that a zero-incidents goal is attainable have resulted in an industry leading Worker’s Compensation Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of less than 1.0. Our ability to maintain this EMR is especially significant in that we self-perform the majority of our project work.
