  • Heavy Equipment Operator – Minimum 7 years of experience operating across various service lines. Operates heavy earthmoving and/or demolition equipment as well as the associated attachments with minimal oversight from a Foreman or Superintendent. Is efficient and capable of producing quality work such as finish grading and/or technical building wrecking and processing. HAZWOPER certification required.
  • Superintendent – Minimum 10 years experience in assigned service line, ability to attend job walks, assist Project Management team with estimates, manage in-field project related elements such as equipment, materials, manpower, subcontractors and specialty services. Directly interacts with client representatives and is the main point of contact for AIS field related activities and resources in the field. Provide daily reports, directs and mentors foreman or AIS resources, and reports to and assists Project Management team in executing all aspects of the project. Responsible for implementing safety programs including JHA reviews / execution, client interactions and assigned project budgets. HAZWOPER certification required, as well as HAZWOPER Supervisor training, and 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety Course.
  • Project Manager –  Minimum 10 years field experience in various service lines. Demonstrated ability to understand project from inception through completion including new client development, estimating, contract negotiations, execution of work, cost tracking, managing budgets, working with client representatives for contract compliance including change in conditions, addenda, and retention releases. Mentors project staff and works to identify mentoring and advancement opportunities. Has overall accountability for assigned projects including safety program implementation, P&L, and project execution.
